ICONS Digital Tech Festival Announce BT As Sponsors

THE forthcoming ICONS Festival has announced BT as it’s sponsor for the digital tech festival at the end of the month.

Held in the Titanic Exhibition Centre from September 24-27, the event will feature the world’s leading names and brands within the tech, music and film industries.

ICONS CEO Aaron Taylor said: “The ICONS Festival is all about the latest in hi-tech innovation, and that’s why we’re delighted to have BT, one of the world’s leading innovators, as our main event sponsor aligning perfectly with our ethos.

“Chief Operating Officer of BT Sport and BT TV Jamie Hindhaugh, who is changing the landscape of sports television will join our line-up of speakers that also includes hip hop legend Chuck D; Hollywood Executive Bill Daly; and many more from home and abroad.

“We also have tech stars like Nigel Eccles of FanDuel – a Cookstown native whose company is now worth more than $1 billion. Entrepreneurs and business minded people of all ages will gain invaluable insight and knowledge from some of the most forward thinking and engaging minds the world has to offer.”

ICONS Festival will also host a special competition bringing together up to 100 innovative start-ups from across Europe, Africa and North America. The winner will be granted a fast-track interview for a spot on the 500 Start-ups accelerator programme, based out of their Mountain View HQ in Silicon Valley.
