The Corrs Are Back! And They’re Taking To The Stage In Belfast In January

AFTER a decade in the shadows Irish showbiz family The Corrs are back and they will close their UK Tour in Belfast.

On Sunday the band played their first concert in ten years at Hyde Park in London.

The band will then release their new album White Light on November 27 on East West Records.

This is their first major album release since Borrowed Heaven in 2004 and the subsequent world tour.

The Corrs – Andrea (lead vocals), Sharon (violin, vocals), Caroline (drums, piano, vocals), Jim (guitar, piano, vocals)- have sold over 30 million albums since their 1995 debut Forgiven Not Forgotten.

The sound of the Corrs is unique, an enchanting mix of traditional Celtic music with a pop rock twist. Over the last ten years they have spent time with their families while Sharon and Andrea also pursued solo careers.

For most of this year, they have been working in London on their forthcoming new album White Light.

On Friday January 29, 2016 they will play Belfast’s SSE Arena. Tickets go on sale 9am Thursday September 24 and are available from The SSE Arena, Belfast 028 90 739074 / Or from Ticketmaster outlets nationwide 0844 277 44 55
