The sleepless nights, cramming in as much information as I possible and generally feeling a bit rubbish. For students around the country, that’s all happening right now – it’s exam time.
Right now students are at their most vulnerable – and when stress is running high it can be easy to forget to look after yourself properly. So here are two simple things mental health charity Mind have come up with to help our stressed-out students. Will you help them spread the word?
1. Ease the pressure on students by sharing Mind’s stress-beating tips
“Remember, you’re not a machine. You deserve time off! Factor in time to watch a film or see friends.”
Right now, there are thousands of students feeling the pressure – Mind want these tips to reach as many as possible. Could you share these tips with a student you know?

Mind also have a new app to help students, Emoodji – it’s free to download on iOS and Android phones. Emoodji helps students cope with the ups and downs of uni life by encouraging them to share how they’re feeling using selfies and emojis.
