We all know Northern Ireland is a beautiful place, on a grand scale scenery like the Giant’s Causeway, the Dark Hedges, Marble Arch Caves and our stunning coast-line is unrivalled.
But one Northern Ireland photographer reckons we don’t have to go any further than our own gardens to really appreciate the beauty around us.
Debbie Deboo, who specialises in nature and wildlife photography, was named Ulster Wildlife Nature Matters Photographer 2014 for her beautiful garden bee picture.
She said she finds inspiration daily without having to leave her own garden, adding: “A garden is in reality a universe of exquisite beauty.
“Hidden worlds, strange beings, scurrying busy lives. There is far far more than meets the eye at first glance.
“Take some time out, sit and watch and appreciate the wonder around you.”
