Meditation is an effective tool to combat stress, depression, anxiety and other negative states of mind. Through meditating we can develop a habit of thinking positively, which leads to the experience of a more relaxed mind.
Next Saturday July 23, Potala Kadampa Buddhist Centre, Belfast invites you to join in a half day course which will improve your meditations and help you develop skills to get the greatest benefit from your practice.
In this half day course the basics of meditation are clearly explained, including how to establish and maintain a practice. We will also explore what frequently goes wrong in meditation and what techniques and tips can be used to overcome these obstacles.

This accessible, informative and relaxing course combines easy to understand instructions on how to meditate and 4 guided meditations. It is taught by Pat Quinn, one of Potala Centre’s dedicated Managers and Meditation Teachers.
