The Hillside Bar and Restaurant has linked up with Oasis Travel to give one lucky person the chance to win a £1,000 holiday voucher as part of this year’s Hillsborough Oyster Festival.

The 24th Annual International Oyster Festival which runs from September 1 to September 3 will see Hillsborough’s oldest bar offer a series of fantastic free events to celebrate the return of the iconic event.
The Hillside celebrations have something for all the family over the course of the weekend, kicking off on Thursday September 1, with a live performance from Juram Gavero, from 9pm to late.
Friday will take it up a notch with live American folk and blues music from 9pm and Saturday will culminate in a host of family friendly options, from an outside grill to a live hoe-down from 1 to 6pm, finishing with a live performance by Vixen to take revelers into the night from 9pm.

As part of the celebrations, patrons attending The Hillside on Saturday can purchase a charity raffle ticket to be entered into a grand prize draw to win a £1,000 holiday voucher with Oasis Travel. There will be other great prizes to win on the day and when 3 or more tickets are purchased, kids will be entered into a colouring competition, with the chance of winning a family lunch at The Hillside. All proceeds of the raffle will be donated to the Cystic Fibrosis Trust.
