Guess Which Long Lost Game Of Thrones Character Has Been Spotted In Belfast

Game of Thrones characters have been overtaking Belfast for season 7 filming since the last month, but two new sightings have got fans asking questions about next year’s highly anticipated plot lines.

Lena Headey, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau and Sophie Turner are among several cast members spotted around Belfast city center recently as HBO confirmed filming had officially begun.

Also making an appearance in the area was Iain Glen, who plays greyscale-ridden Jorah Mormont and Joe Dempsie, AKA the Baratheon bastard Gendry who disappeared in season 3.

Remember the last time we saw young Gendry?

Cue all the internet jokes and hilarious memes…

Well it seems as though he could have returned for the throne after he was seen looking super shady arriving at Belfast airport, according to Watchers on the Wall.

Meanwhile, Winter Is Coming reported a fan grabbing an obliging Iain Glen (Jorah Mormont) for a photo this week. We clearly haven’t seen the last of Jorah since Daenerys ordered him to go off and find a cure for his Grey Scale.

Sophie Turner and Maisie Williams, who play Sansa and Arya Stark, have also been gallivanting around the town, reportedly consolidating their friendship with matching tattoos that mark the date they first became BFFs. Aww.

Perhaps Gendry is just back for a visit, but we like to think it’s because he is plotting to take the throne and show us what a few years of rowing has done to his biceps.
