This Saturday October 1 will see a host of Game of Thrones fans, cast members and other special guests set upon Wellington Park Hotel for TitanCon 2016.
TitanCon is a not-for-profit science fiction and fantasy literature, media and gaming convention focused on showcasing literary and artistic accomplishments in Northern Ireland within the field of speculative fiction and works of the imagination, their primary subject being HBO and George RR Martin’s Game of Thrones.
The all-day event will be jam-packed with Game of Thrones themed activities and creative showcases, including a spectacular art show, costume contest, photos with the cast and even a “Lovely Beard Contest”.
Special guest appearances will include Kerry Ingram, who plays Shireen Baratheon, Dominic Carter (Janos Slynt), GoT storyboard artist William Simpson, Game of Thrones extras and more.
Fans will have the opportunity to get cast autographs, group photos and also browse a range of science-fiction and fantasy books, comics, toys and more with like-minded GoT obsessives. The weekend will culminate in a coach tour on Sunday to some iconic Game of Thrones filming locations.
