Husband and wife team, Warren and Sinead York, have joined forces to prioritise the health and wellbeing of the local community with a £50,000 investment in a hypnotherapy and stress solutions practice in east Belfast.

Warren is the only Clinical Hypnotherapist in Northern Ireland certified by Institute of Brainworking Recursive Therapy and Sinead has recently qualified as a Relax Kids coach. They are perfectly positioned to help all ages with quick fixes and long term solutions to everyday problems, challenges and issues including stopping smoking, weight management, phobias and can offer treatments for IBS.
Children from the age of two and adults of any age can attend sessions in mindfulness and stress solutions to better equip them for today’s ‘always on’ lifestyle.
Launching the business on Upper Newtownards Road, Ballyhackamore, TV presenter Pamela Ballantine shared her experience of being treated by Warren York.
She said: “I was asked to participate in a touring theatre production which is outside my comfort zone and I was getting myself into a panic about it. I have known Warren for many years so I asked him if he could help me prepare to perform in front of a live audience. The tips he gave me really helped calm me down and I still use them whenever I am getting stressed or feel things are getting out of control. I wish him well with the launch of his new practice.”
