Thomas Rhett Announces Belfast Date For 2017 ‘Home Team’ Tour

Following a huge 2016, which saw GRAMMY nominee Thomas Rhett win big at the Billboard Music Awards (Top Country Song for “Die A Happy Man”) perform with Nick Jonas (CMT Cross Roads) and Zara Larsson (CMT Artists Of The Year), and play sell out shows including the Mandela Hall, he brings his HOME TEAM TOUR back to Belfast in 2017.

14441220_1216662251709494_8283813709905719127_nAfter drawing capacity crowds last year, he returns overseas as a “force to be reckoned with” (Daily Star) with special guest Old Dominion, while also making his debut headlining run in the US and Canada.

Tickets for the Belfast Show at the Waterfront on 15 November go on sale Friday 3 February at 9am from all usual outlets.

“I’m already excited about getting back to Belfast to see our fans again,” Thomas Rhett said. “Last year was the first time I’d headlined over there, and I’m still thinking about how great the show was. We’re going to get to play a bigger venue this time, which is really something I’d never dreamed we’d get to do.”

Thomas Rhett “has established himself as one of the most consistent hitmakers in country music” (CMT) known for his “retro, soul-inspired danceable mix of arena-sized tunes and hooky melodies” (Associated Press).

Filled with party anthems, dance tunes, drinking songs, love ballads as well as five never-before-heard tracks, the release includes his 2X PLATINUM six-week chart-topping smash “Die A Happy Man,” which has garnered major trophies from the Country Music Association, Academy of Country Music, Billboard Music Awards, CMT Music Awards and is currently nominated for a Grammy.
