Leading car retailer Prentice MINI Portadown is teaming up with U105’s Carolyn Stewart to celebrate the launch of the brand new MINI Countryman by beginning the search for Northern Ireland’s next ‘Car-aoke’ star.

Listeners are invited to upload a video themselves singing their favourite ‘Car-aoke’ hit to the Prentice MINI Portadown Facebook page, where the overall winner will receive a far-from-mini prize of £500 cash.
The competition comes before the official release of the new, more spacious MINI Countryman; the largest model in the iconic brand’s 57-year history. With a range of innovative new features and equipment, revised styling and the option of a hybrid model, the new Countryman is set to take the car industry by storm.

Facebook entries will be judged by U105’s Carolyn Stewart, after which six front-runners will compete in a live final at the official launch of the new MINI Countryman in the Portadown showroom in February.
