Flash Harry are probably Northern Ireland’s most famous tribute band.
And with 25 years on the road as a tribute to the legendary Queen it’s no wonder the band have a special place in their heart’s for the local audiences.
The band are currently on yet another tour of Northern Ireland which has had the band play Lisburn and Ballymena already moving on to Newtownabbey, Omagh and Londonderry.
Beginning their career in 1992 at the Ulster Hall the band reach their 25th anniversary show in March and are not far away from hitting the 1000 show mark.

Drummer Stevie Shanks
Drummer Stevie Shanks said: “We reckon we should hit our 1000th show on or around the anniversary.”
And Stevie says the success of the show is all down to their loyal fans across the country.
“The reason we haven’t toured in Europe, mainland UK or the rest of the world is that we have such a loyal following all round Northern Ireland and Ireland.
“We’ve never felt it necessary to travel much outside of that. Without our audiences there is no show.
“They are everything to us and we are so grateful for the 25 years of unfailing support. Here’s to the next 25.”
Stevie, whose elaborate drum set up is now famous on the local music scene, explained that although the band have played everywhere from the Ulster Hall and SSE to the Waterfront Hall it’s impossible to pick his favourite.
“I can’t” he said. “Audiences are fantastic wherever we go.”
Working hard to give the audiences what they want and to continually evolve the show is something the band are passionate about.
Stevie said: “We are sort of limited in the changes we can make to the set as there are so many big hits that we must do, but we have added some new material in for this your and it’s been very well received and given us a new challenge.
“We promise all fans who come to see us that we will always play from our hearts and give you the best performance we can at every show.”
