HBO have released the first official images from Game of Thrones season 7 and we can confirm that winter has definitely arrived.
The penultimate season of the hit series is set to air on 16 July 2017, it was recently announced, and yesterday we got a sneak peak inside the forthcoming episodes with 15 promo pics.
The images have revved up fans ahead of the long-awaited premier date and no one is more psyched than me to see Cersei, Sansa and Daenerys with their war-faces on. Although, to be honest, I’d probably get excited over an official shot of Jon Snow’s left foot.
Jaime Lannister is pictured beside his sister, who looks pretty comfortable on the Iron Throne, while Bran is being trailed through the snow (for a change) and Gilly seems to be learning to read at the Citadel. Even better, it looks like a Tormund-Brienne (Briemund? Torienne??) romance could be back on the cards judging by his lusty eyes…
