Friday 30 June saw Oasis fans arrive in their droves to see NI’s number one Oasis tribute, Roll With It, live at Voodoo, Belfast.
Formed in 2013, Mark, Tom, Nick, Graeme and Dave are a group of experienced musicians passionate about honouring one of the 90’s most iconic bands.
Roll With It: The Ultimate Oasis Experience, supported by Helter-Skelter and DJ Madferrit, arrived at Voodoo last week to a sold-out venue and fans eager to hear their favourite Oasis classics.
From the opening number, people were on their feet and an electric energy took over the building. Fuelled by passion, anticipation and a big dose of nostalgia, the crowd could easily have been singing along to the real thing with an atmosphere that only heightened as the night went on.
Roll With It had fans hanging off every word, right from “She’s Electric” to “Don’t Look Back In Anger”, and of course, “Wonderwall”.
The packed out venue, while modest in size, still retained a sense of intimacy. Playing a setlist that covered all seven albums, the band were clearly at home on the stage and offered an authentic, high-energy experience to remember.
With their fantastic live presence and ability to effortlessly keep a crowd singing along all night, it’s no surprise that these guys are up there as NI’s top Oasis tribute act.
