The show, a crime drama, focuses on Nesbitt’s character Clayton, as he fights crime in London with the help of an ancient oriental bronze bracelet, given to him by a mysterious woman after a night of passion. The bracelet gives him the power to control luck, but unfortunately it brings some bad luck to counteract the good.

The third season of Lucky Man sends Clayton to Hong Kong, looking for answers about his “lucky” charm. There, he comes up against some nasty underworld characters who have their eyes on more than just his bracelet.

The crime drama, based on an idea from renowned comic book writer, Stan Lee and produced by NBCU’s Carnival Films, has received positive reviews.

Jimmy said: “Stan Lee’s Lucky Man is such an exciting series to make and the scripts for this season are brilliant. Harry Clayton’s luck is running out which throws up some interesting storylines. And also takes him, and me, to Hong Kong – the perfect setting for Stan Lee mayhem!”

Joining Nesbitt are show regulars Amara Karan, returning as DS Suri Chohan, Sienna Guillory as Eve and Stephen Hagan as Rich Clayton.
