The 2017 British Breakthrough Act winner will headline a great night of music at CHSq next Friday when he takes to the stage along with special guest Mullally.
Rory Charles Graham, better known as Rag’n’Bone Man, is an English singer and songwriter who has taken the world by storm since bursting onto the scene with his first hit ‘Human’ in 2016. It reached number 2 in the UK singles charts and was number 1 in Austria, Belgium, Germany, and Switzerland. It has since been certified gold in all the countries above as well as in Italy, the Netherlands and Sweden.
The 33-year old released his debut album ‘Human’ in February 2017 and its been a huge success worldwide selling an astonishing 2 million copies, 750,000 of which were in the UK alone. The album features another one of his hit singles ‘Skin’ which itself has blown up selling over 1.6 million copies globally. The album won the BBC Music Award for British Album of the Year in 2017 and Rory received the Critics’ Choice Award at the Brits that same year. At the Brit Awards in 2018 he claimed the British Single of the Year for ‘Human’.
Since then he has played hundreds of sold out shows across Europe and the UK including two nights at London’s Shepherds Bush Empire in April 2017. He then played some great sets at well renowned festivals including Glastonbury, Bestival and Isle Of Wight. This year has been no different with a string of 19 tour dates around Europe including a show at London Alexandra Palace back in March.
Support act Mullally whose full name is Connor Mullally-Knight has had a slower rise to fame than Graham. He was picked up by BBC Introducing four years ago before signing major record deal with label Atlantic Records UK last year. The 20-year old is a soul singer from Norfolk tipped by many for big things. In the past year he has sold out shows in London and LA as well as supporting Jess Glynne on her recent tour. He is currently working on his debut album but the three singles he has already released have amassed over 6 million streams.
The show this Friday night promises to be an amazing one which you will not want to miss and you can purchase tickets now from Ticketmaster where they are priced at £30 plus booking fee for general admission, as well as £45 for VIP tickets.
