For those of you who may have read our article last week on the impossible Dele Alli Challenge or who have seen the social media frenzy the Spurs midfielder has conjured with his celebration on the opening weekend of the Premier League (if you haven’t have you been living under a rock for the past week??) you may or may not be delighted to know that he is back with another even more mind boggling challenge.
By now I’m sure many of you have mastered the original (for those who haven’t don’t worry I still can’t do it!) and are licking your lips at the prospect of impressing your mates with his new one. A word of warning for those who are this one is extremely difficult! The England international sent Instagram and Twitter into meltdown again on Monday when he shared this snap of him performing the new and improved impossible challenge.
From the picture we can see that you do the original challenge, which for those who don’t know involves putting your thumb and index finger together in a circle, then attempting to put it around your eye. That sounds easy enough right? ( Well if you get that hats off to you it’s further than I’ve ever got!) You then move up a level to the new impossible challenge. To complete this you have to simultaneously do the original over both eyes using just one hand, insane I know!
In the image he uploaded to Snapchat we see the return of his teammate Georges N’Koudou, who failed miserably when attempting the original. The Frenchman was eventually able to do it after help from Dele but he’s struggled with this one
having an absolute shocker despite being taught by the master himself, I mean what is he doing! N’Koudou is the regular butt of Alli’s jokes and it is no surprise that the midfielder included his epic fail in the now viral snap to further poke fun at his teammate.
If Alli scores on Monday night against Manchester United rumours are that he will bust out this celebration, so be glued to your screens on Monday evening for a full tutorial on how to do it.
