Temperatures were soaring on the Lisburn Road, Belfast recently when Boyzone and Celebrity Masterchef star Shane Lynch popped into The Chelsea for the launch of their ‘From Down The Road’ menu, which will be available throughout October.
The Chelsea’s ethos is ‘Keep it Local at Your Local’ and pride in using local produce and an array of local drink suppliers, their head chef Karlo Taylor is from Antrim and their bar is a platform for local musicians to shine.
Press and VIPs were treated to a delicious three course meal including a Poire Royal cocktail on arrival, Arcadia Chorizo Salami Risotto for starters, Coffey’s Butcher Braised Lamb Shank Croquette and Whitten’s Merlot Poached Plums.
Local singer / songwriter Michael Kerr provided the entertainment. A charity raffle raised over £250 for Action Ability.
