What would you consider to be the biggest lesson you’ve learned in your industry?

Not to doubt myself and that I know what I’m doing.

Finding a live band who gets the sound I’m going for and being a woman in the music industry.

If you had to describe your work to someone who has never heard of you what would you say?

Queer indie pop love songs and hate songs.

What’s the funniest experience you’ve had in your business?

One time we were playing in a bar in Derry and I couldn’t get my friends attention to grab me a drink from the bar so I shouted to the band to jam in E and I went and got a drink and ran back up to sing the rest of the song!

What would your advice be to young people hoping to pursue the same industry?

Work hard, don’t take anyone for granted and always remember the people who helped you early on.

Anything else you want to tell people about yourself or your work?

I’m really excited to start gigging again, seeing a crowd and interacting with them has always been the best part of being a musician, so I hope to see people soon with a new live set up.
