What would you consider your biggest achievement?
This year, Lou Ferrigno liked a photo I shared on Instagram Aka The Hulk.
What would you consider to be the biggest lesson you’ve learned in your industry?
Cliche, but if you have an idea don’t be afraid to create it, work on it and most importantly learn from it and others.
What has been your biggest challenge to date?
I have recently started working with some mini fireworks in some of my photos.
Tell us a little about your personal life, are you married, kids, hobbies etc?
So my personal life, I’m HUGE music fan stemming from all the genres. Usually plugged into a new album or down a youtube wormhole.
Tell us about your most recent work?
My recent work, I have been working on is more toy photography from last year. As now, sadly the music scene has been halted. The concept of using toys to create stories of something like a child playing with their toys. No boundaries, just an open world!
If you had to describe your work to someone who has never heard of you what would you say?
Hmm.. If you imagine when you were a child playing with whatever toys, you turned your sofa pillows into a mountain peak of an evil genius. My work is amongst of practical effects, photography and imagination.
What’s the funniest experience you’ve had in your business?
I’m now blessed to have a bearded face for the rest of my life!
What would your advice be to young people hoping to pursue the same industry?
Just keep going, don’t be afraid explore new ventures. Sometimes doesn’t make sense but it will. As with my dyslexia, it often would make me struggle to explain what I wanted to portray so I just did it.
Who do you look up to and why?
I like to think it is a collective of young and old as some of the genres of toys I use are older than me!
