Lyndsey Milligan (36) is a Beauty Therapist and Salon Owner from Belfast. Her blog Lyndseysworld

Why did you decide to become a blogger/influencer?
I started doing YouTube when I was housebound due to my health and needed an outlet. I found talking about things helped me mentally. I have gone from being housebound to running a busy salon.
Tell us something your followers might not already know about you?
I am currently working on relaunching my jewellery and accessory brand.
What would you consider your biggest achievement as a blogger/influencer?
Being skincare columnist for local women magazine.
What would you consider the biggest lesson you’ve learnt in the industry?
That I am not everyone’s cup of tea.
What has been your biggest challenge to date?
Finding the time for work, blogging and resting too.
Do you feel that bloggers are unfairly judged at times, if so why?
I feel there’s so much judgement in every part of life. But for bloggers, you’re putting yourself out there and there’s that element of well you posted it so I’m going to give you my opinion.
What advice would you give to someone wanting to start a blog/instagram page?
Be patient. Be authentic. People will listen to you because you’re real.
What local blogger do you look up to and why?
Return of Reb. Because she’s fought so hard to be able to walk again and get out of her wheelchair. She never gave up hope.
What international blogger do you look up to and why?
There’s so many but for me my biggest inspiration comes from Imogenation she’s so beautifully hearted and honest and real.
