Footballer Frank Lampard has revealed that the best piece of advice he has ever received came from his wife, Christine Lampard.

Appearing on The Overlay’s 29 Questions with Gary Neville, the former Chelsea manager revealed that while he was weighing up whether or not to take the Derby football job, his wife offered some wise words to help him make the decision.

The Newtownards presenter said: “Jump and the net will appear, so you know, take the chance and the net will catch you in the end”.
