Tesla CEO Elon Musk has been named Time Magazine’s 2021 Person of the Year.
The magazine has said that the award has been given due to his work in space, electric cars and his plans to take us to Mars, along with his interest in crypto currency.
The publication also gave an award for ‘Heroes of the Year’ to the ‘miracle workers’ who helped create coronavirus vaccines.
‘Entertainer Of The Year’ was awarded to Olivia Rodrigo, whilst ‘Athlete Of The Year’ was given to US gymnast Simone Biles.
