Beautiful: The Carole King Musical will play at Belfast’s Grand Opera House from September 27 to October 1.
Featuring the true story of American singer-songwriter Carole King, Beautiful details her rise to fame and journey to creating many of her hit songs.
Including songs such as A Natural Woman, Take Good Care Of My Baby and It Might As Well Rain Until September, you’re sure to be toe-tapping along to the wonderful soundtrack.
Travel back in time to the 60s and 70s as you hear all about King’s early life and career, discovering her professional and romantic relationship with ex-husband Gerry Goffin as well as her encounters with Barry Mann and Donnie Kirshner.
Now 80 years old, Carole King is still going strong, with over 60 years in the music industry, having started when she was only 16.
After originally being produced on Broadway, Beautiful begun touring in the UK earlier this year, with musical fans praising it as a “tapestry of greatest hits” (The Guardian).
Showing seven times across its five day stay in Belfast, there are plenty of opportunities to catch it before the tour moves onto its next stop.
Ticket prices range from £28.00 to £49.50 depending on which date and showing you attend.
