- Make a Plan: Prepare for the week ahead by making a plan. Think about the kind of lunches your children enjoy the most. Jotting down a list can be a great way to help you stay organised.
- Track Lunchbox Leftovers: Keep an eye on food that is coming back half-eaten. This is a great way to find out what food your kids like or dislike. Oftentimes there may simply be too much of it and the solution could be to reduce portion size.
- Slice Snacks: Cutting up fruit can make it easier to consume. Studies have shown that being offered sliced apples makes children up to 61% more likely to eat them.
