Acclaimed comedian and writer Anne Gildea, is making waves across Ireland and beyond with her hit, sell-out show, How to Get The Menopause and Enjoy It.
As World Menopause Day approaches on October 18, Anne continues her mission to shed light on this universal yet often misunderstood phase of life with her unique blend of humour and insight.
The show has garnered widespread acclaim packing theatres and leaving audiences reeling with laughter and brimming with menopausal knowledge since it first launched in 2022. Anne has started touring it abroad with recent performances in Luxembourg and London.
She also performed at the Allbright Club in Mayfair, London, this month, celebrating the second anniversary of Living M, an innovative skincare line designed for menopausal skin.
‘How To Get The Menopause And Enjoy It’ is not just laugh-out-loud entertaining, but also informative, as Anne brings her keen comedic skills to a topic that affects 51% of the population yet is still treated as a mystery.

Anne Gildea was founder and long-term performer with the iconic musical-comedy trio, The Nualas. they toured the world, playing stage and television, 1995 – 2018.
Solo, Anne was one of the first Irish female stand-up comics, starting out in London in the late 1980s. She went on to feature in many Irish TV comedy programmes. As a writer, she has published several books, the last of which, about her treatment for breast cancer, inspired the feature film, The Bright Side.
